PAYMENT

Jware Scandinavia APS accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA Electron, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and JCB. Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped.

All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and include VAT.

Jware Scandinavia APS uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.

DELIVERY

Jware Scandinavia APS delivers on all weekdays, with orders placed before 12:00 PM. We typically deliver within 2-4 business days. Up to a weekend or holidays, delivery time may be longer.

We reserve the right for sold-out items and delayed delivery times from suppliers to jware.dk. Note that it is possible to pick up your order at the company address. If your package should be returned to us, we will of course send the product again without extra charge, or transfer the money back if desired.

Shipping costs 45 DKK with GLS and 55 DKK with PostNord respectively.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

There is a 14-day full return right on items purchased in our webshop. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.

You must cover return costs yourself.

Withdrawal must be reported to us no later than 14 days after purchase and from the withdrawal you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after.

The notice must be given by email to b2b@jware.dk In the message you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our standard withdrawal form and send it with the return.

The condition of the item when you return it:

You are only liable for any deterioration in the item’s value that is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, characteristics and the way it functions. In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item is tested beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that when you withdraw from the purchase you will only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item’s commercial value.

To receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the item, but not put it into actual use.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

Agreements entered into under these terms and conditions are subject to Danish law. Any disputes that may arise in connection with your trade with Jware Scandinavia ApS will be decided by the Danish courts.
